Shipping

Please read our Shipping Policy page for terms relating to the shipment of goods.
We endevour to ship all orders for which payment has cleared before 2pm the same day, you will receive confirmation of when your order has been processed and is awaiting dispatch.

Online Ordering

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure.

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure, credit card details are taken only on one of our payment partners secure pages and are encrypted before sending to our payment processor.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit or debit card to conduct commerce on our site, you will shortly be able to also call us with your card details if you are not confortable giving them online.

Returns / Refund Policy

All returns must be authorised, please contact us if you wish to return products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. If you are a consumer we will issue a full refund on receipt of the return, always within 30 days of receipt of the return. If you are a business customer refunds will be less a restocking fee, which will be equivilent to any shipping and card handling costs we have encurred.

To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email sales@mediamad.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund, replacement or exchange. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

All products to be returned for a refund must be returned in their original packing, in a resalable condition.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid. Refunds are processed upon receipt of returns and take approximately 3-5 days to be credited back to you.

Pricing

We are a VAT registered company, all prices include VAT at 17.5%

At all times we try to ensure our prices are correct, however if items are not priced correctly we reserve the right to cancel the contract you have with us for the supply of goods. We will contact you if this happens and ask if you would like the items at the correct price.

Remitance Terms

All purchases remain the property of JKME until they have been paid for in full.
Payment is currently only accepted by Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit cards over the phone or online using our Streamline merchant account through Protx. We can also take payment online these e-money services;
